Indiana Healthcare are looking for Support Workers to join our team on either a full time or part time basis.
This role will suit someone who is looking to take a step back from the demanding care hours, long shifts, and unreliability often associated with care work, while still making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
At Indiana Healthcare, we provide person centred support to individuals living with mental health conditions, ADHD, and social anxiety. Our focus is on empowering our service users to build confidence, develop independence, and engage more comfortably with the world around them. Our current support workers are actively supporting clients with activities such as shopping, trying new hobbies, visiting coffee shops, and enjoying beach walks.
Unlike traditional domiciliary care, we do not carry out short, rushed visits. We spend a minimum of two hours with each client, allowing you the time to build meaningful relationships and provide consistent, high quality support.
We are looking for confident, compassionate, and reliable support workers to join our team. You will be supporting individuals in their daily lives, helping them to manage their mental wellbeing, build routines, and achieve personal goals in a safe and supportive environment.
Candidates must have:
- Previous care experience
- A valid DBS check
- A full UK driving licence and access to their own car
