Role: PLP Political Officer (Scotland and Wales)
Salary: £45,963.35 (gross) per annum inclusive of London Weighting, with a fixed sum allowance of £1,195. There is the ability to progress to £52,355.86 over the next 3 years.
Current employees in banding 28-34 will maintain their existing salary.

The Labour Party is looking to recruit a PLP Political Officer. The post-holder will be responsible for providing a comprehensive service for Scottish and Welsh members of the PLP on both devolved matters and from within Westminster.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable knowledge of current affairs in a political context, particularly in Scotland and Wales; Knowledge of the aims and structure of the Labour Party.; Experience of working with multiple stakeholders in a political environment; and Excellent communication skills.
