ADR Tanker Driver Penrith
We are looking for experienced ADR drivers to join our team who will be responsible for delivering LPG on behalf of our customer Avanti Gas. We are looking for Drivers to join our team based at Penrith, with a fixed window start time.
Friday - Tuesday 11:00- 13:00 start window.
Monday - Friday 15:00 - 17:00 start window
Sunday - Thursday 16:00 - 18:00 start window
Pay :
- Annualised Guaranteed Minimum Pay of £52,368
- Paid Breaks
- Additional overtime available at enhanced rate
- Excluding overnights and out of hours payments
- Average holiday paid for all 20 days per annum
- Guaranteed 48 hours a week
Essential Requirements:
- An LGV Class 1
- ADR Tanker Driving Certificate: 1 year (required)
- Drivers CPC (annual training is provided and paid for by the company)
- Previous experience delivering LPG would be an advantage
Responsibilities
- Operate ADR vehicles in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Ensure the safe and efficient transportation of hazardous material
- Conduct pre and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety and functionality.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and logs as required by law.
- Communicate effectively with planners regarding delivery schedules and any issues
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service while on the road.
