What makes a great pub? Great people!
We are a very well-established country pub with an excellent reputation and are currently looking for someone new to join our friendly team. The role will involve some work as a front of house team member but mainly good old fashioned bar service!
Previous experience is preferable and you will have a genuine interest in food and drink and a real desire to make our customers happy. Your own transport (not public transport) is essential because of our rural location between Keele and Crewe. You must be over 18 years of age and students who are only available during term time need not apply!
We can be quite flexible and are able to fit around most people’s commitments, but the position will definitely involve weekdays and one day or part day at the weekend. We guarantee a super friendly environment and offer the advantage of working for a small, non-corporate friendly team who really do care about their staff! We are happy to consider applicants who want one shift per week or a few more, but this is only a part time role.
'The Crown' is owned and operated by Mark & Anna Condliffe, in fact it has been owned by the same family for approaching 50 years…We believe that people are at the heart of a successful hospitality business and so we are on the lookout for someone who has a passion for pubs.
