Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to build strong relationships with clients and support the successful delivery of advisory services. You’ll act as a key point of contact, understand client needs, coordinate internal teams, and identify opportunities to strengthen long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned clients and serve as their primary point of contact.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Monitor projects, service delivery, deadlines, and client expectations.
- Prepare client reports, presentations, proposals, and account updates.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, additional services, and long-term partnerships.
- Resolve client concerns promptly while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in account management, client services, consulting, business development, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with a professional approach to client interactions.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify client needs and business opportunities.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams while managing client expectations and deadlines.
Pay: £36,000.00-£49,000.00 per year
