Duties
- Prepare and cook breakfast items according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure all food is prepared fresh, timely, and meets quality expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with meal prep tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies need replenishing
- Serve breakfast dishes efficiently while providing excellent customer service when interacting with guests
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently to prevent contamination or accidents during food preparation
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, meal preparation, and food safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
