Main Duties:
- Prepare and serve food of a high standards across a 7-day week.
- Uphold health, safety, hygiene, and COSHH standards.
- Support administrative duties including cleaning schedules, temperature recording, and diary handovers.
- Minimise wastage.
- Promote a positive team culture.
Skills Required:
- Experience of cooking within a commercial kitchen.
- A strong interest in fresh, nutritious food
- Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- A basic understanding of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and allergens.
- A can-do mindset with the motivation to grow within a supportive team.
Hours of Work:
- 39 hours per week
- Worked on a rota basis to include some weekends
