The Pilgrim is a country House Hotel in Much Birch & has a 60 seating restaurant and a function room which holds a further 46 covers. The menu uses fresh local ingredients wherever possible and has an enviable reputation both locally & nationally. The salary for this post depends on experience & a "live in" chef is preferable.
Key responsibilities:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes.
- Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus
- Ensuring you have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
- Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins.

Pay: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
