```Duties```
- Supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities - behaviours that challenge
- Provide personal care and support to individuals in a small residential care home. 3 Service Users.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Accompany individuals to appointments and outings
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals
- Accompany on outings and social activities
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience of supporting people with Learning Disabilities essential
- Strong communication skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanour
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Reliable transportation
Day shifts available. Full and part-time positions available
