About the Role
We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our nursery team. You will provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for children aged 0–5 years, supporting their development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) while creating a safe, happy, and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging activities that support children's learning and development.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress.
- Act as a key person, building positive relationships with children and families.
- Promote children's wellbeing, independence, and confidence.
- Ensure children's safety and always follow safeguarding procedures.
- Support daily care routines and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
- Work as part of the nursery team to maintain high standards of care and education.
Essential Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A caring, reliable, and professional approach.
- Previous nursery or early years’ experience.

Any concerns regarding the welfare of a child must be reported promptly in line with statutory guidance, the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, and nursery procedures.
Pay: £13.21 per hour
