SoSweet have a very exciting opportunity for a determined and switched-on individual to join our ever-growing team as a part-time sales assistant and keyholder .
We are need a strong leader to help run our busy customer-facing environment.
Duties will include (but not limited to):
- Day to day running of a busy retail sweet shop, with responsibility of cash handling, staff supervision and a key holder.
- Training new staff in correct procedures, stock rotation and practices
- Maintaining high standards of customer service
- Stock replenishment
- Set working days: Sunday 10-4:30 Wednesday & Friday 9-6 (plus more available subject to business needs)
Required Skills:
- You must be able to work independently as well as lead and work team
- Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills
- Be confident in up-selling.
- Have good people skills within a fast-paced retail environment.
- Retail experience in a supervisory role preferred (training will be given)
The ideal candidate will be positive, fun, friendly and have a professional attitude. You’ll be talking to people constantly and be the face of our store. This is a part-time role with set hours, however more hours will be available during holidays and as need by the business.
