Overtime after 39 hours paid at £21.33 per hour Monday-Friday
Saturday & Sunday overtime paid at time and a half
Archers Steelwork & Cladding is looking for an experienced fabrication to join our established workshop team in Tamworth. We have a strong order book and can offer secure, long term employment, regular overtime opportunities and a friendly working environment where skilled trades people and quality workmanship are value. This position would suit an experienced structural steel fabricator who can confidently work from engineering drawings and complete fabrication work accurately with minimal supervision.

What we are looking for
* Previous experience structural steel fabricator or similar
* The ability to read and understand engineering drawings
* Experience marking out and fabricating structural steelwork
* Competence using workshop fabrication equipment
* Good attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A reliable and positive approach to work
Experience fabricating structural steel beams, columns and frames would be particularly valuable.
