We’re looking for Bar & Floor Staff to join the team at The Uncommon - an independent bar and restaurant built around music, cocktails, food and atmosphere.
This isn’t your standard hospitality job. We’ve created a space that blends creative energy, great drinks, and good people - and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of that.
The role
You’ll work across both the bar and the floor, moving with the energy of the space - from relaxed daytime service to late-night shifts with DJs and a full room.
- Making and serving drinks (including cocktails, wines, beers & coffees)
- Taking orders and delivering food & drinks
- Creating a seamless, welcoming guest experience
- Keeping standards high across the whole venue
- Working as part of a tight, supportive team
