- We have a cook position which is for 2 shifts per week i.e. 13 hours. Our shift times are 7.30am to 2.00pm.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare nutritious meals for residents.
- Cater to special dietary requirements and preferences.
- Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are maintained.
- Manage kitchen inventory and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with the care team to meet residents' dietary needs.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a chef in a care or hospitality setting.
- Food qualifications or relevant training.
- Knowledge of dietary requirements and allergens.
- Creativity and flair for menu planning.
- Good organisation and time management skills.
- Commitment to food hygiene and safety standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
- Enhanced DBS clearance.
