Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and reliable Painters to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces within construction and renovation projects. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas to ensure a smooth finish
- Mix paints, stains, and other finishes according to specifications
- Apply paint or finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment with precision and attention to detail
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and project specifications
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout each project
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress and any issues that arise
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction painting or related trades is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality finishes
- Physical fitness to perform manual tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting moderate loads
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining safety standards at all times

Pay: £140.00-£150.00 per day
