Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between landlords and prospective tenants, guiding them through the rental process with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Conduct property viewings, highlighting features and answering questions to generate interest and secure agreements
- Manage administrative tasks such as preparing tenancy agreements, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure properties are in excellent condition for viewings and occupancy
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, or in person, providing clear information about properties and rental procedures
- Organize and update property listings across multiple platforms to maximize visibility and attract potential tenants
- Assist in resolving tenant queries or issues promptly, fostering positive relationships that encourage long-term occupancy
Experience
- Previous administrative experience is highly valued, especially within real estate or property management environments
- Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with clients, negotiating terms, and providing exceptional service
- Multilingual abilities are a significant advantage, enabling effective communication with diverse client bases
- Excellent organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple listings, appointments, and documentation efficiently
