Chef - Full Time (Part Time Considered)
We're looking for an experienced, passionate Chef to join our growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a brand-new, modern kitchen within an exciting and upcoming independent business. You'll regularly work shifts independently, so we're looking for someone who is confident, organised and capable of running a service on their own when required. You won't be the only chef, but you will need to be comfortable taking responsibility for your own shifts.
As part of our kitchen team, you'll have the freedom to create exciting specials, contribute ideas to the menu, and showcase your creativity while maintaining consistently high standards.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a chef in a busy kitchen.
- Confident running kitchen shifts independently.
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety and stock control.
- Excellent organisation and time management.
- A passion for producing high-quality food with attention to detail.
- Creative flair and enthusiasm for developing specials and new dishes.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
