50 Bedroom Countryside Hotel
Live In Position – (Flexible Candidate Required for emergency issues, 24 hours)
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist in the day to day maintenance of the hotel including faults or repairs
· A variety of tasks to include general property maintenance
· Previous experience of working in hospitality
· Previous experience of painting and decorating
· Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
· An understanding of all general maintenance being essential.
· Respond to any maintenance request in a timely manner
What is my Role
- Reactive and preventative maintenance
- Testing of equipment
- Responding to all maintenance issues within the hotel
- Ensuring the hotel is both safe and functional for all staff guests
- Hotel Renovation Projects
- Experience in one or more trades - electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting decorating, etc.
This is a role in a busy environment where there is a need to prioritize, learn quickly and multi-skill at times. This role is physically demanding with a lot of time spent standing, walking around the hotel and moving items that can sometimes be heavy and awkward. You will complete tasks in confined or awkward spaces (think under sinks) and at height - following risk assessments at all times
Live In Cost £65 P/W
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,985.00-£29,079.77 per year

- Maintenance: 3 years (preferred)
