Umios Foods UK Limited are seeking to hire Line Leaders to work Monday to Thursday / Tuesday to Friday, 6am - 4pm, in our busy seafood factory.
Operating from central Grimsby, South Humberside Industrial Estate, our friendly, energetic and dedicated team, make our business stand out from the rest. We ensure that our people are trained to the highest standard, so that they can develop professionally and share in the success of the business.
Reporting into the Factory Supervisor, the successful candidate will lead the efficient and effective running of the production line and its team, to ensure plan attainment and compliance with good manufacturing practice.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a Supervisor / Line Leader position in a busy food manufacturing environment. The ability to solve problems quickly, with a 'can do' attitude and a determination to succeed, are essential for this role.
Immediate starts are available for successful candidates.
The factory does not operate on a weekend.
