Overview
We are seeking a motivated and personable Door to Door Canvasser to join our local service business operating within West Lothian. This role involves engaging with potential clients directly in their neighbourhoods to sign them up to a recurring 4 weekly service.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a confident demeanour, and the ability to build rapport quickly. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in developing their sales expertise within a supportive environment.
Duties
- Conduct door-to-door visits within designated neighbourhoods to introduce our services.
- Engage potential customers through communication, highlighting the benefits of our service.
- Gather customer information and input it into our system.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively at all time.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, or direct customer engagement is desirable.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and confidently
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in recording customer data
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in various neighbourhoods
- Valid driving licence and own transport is required.
