We work on major commercial construction projects, providing specialist weatherproofing solutions to some of the country's leading contractors.
The Opportunity
We're looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our site teams as Site Fitters.
This is a hands-on role working on construction sites across the UK, installing specialist weatherproofing systems. No previous experience in our trade is required – full training will be provided.
For candidates who show the right attitude, work ethic and leadership potential, this role forms part of our Accelerated Leadership Programme, providing a clear route into Team Leader and Working Supervisor positions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Installing specialist weatherproofing systems on construction sites
- Working safely at height
- Reading basic drawings and site information
- Completing site paperwork, photos and job records
- Communicating with site teams, clients and the office
- Maintaining high standards of quality and safety
- Driving company vehicles to and between sites
What We're Looking For
- Previous construction, site-based or outdoor working experience
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to solve problems and work independently
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- Commitment to health and safety
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Valid CSCS card
- Live within the Walsall or Birmingham area
- Able to work at height
- Willing to travel and stay away regularly
Training and Progression
As your experience grows, you'll develop skills in:
- Site administration systems including DABS and A-Site
- Client communication
- Site surveys and project walkarounds
- Leading small teams
- Project planning and delivery
You'll also work towards recognised industry qualifications including:
Pay and Benefits
Starting rate: £14.00 per hour
All successful candidates join on the same starting rate while completing their initial training and development programme.
Overtime Rates (after 40 hours per week)
- Weekdays: £18.67 per hour
- Saturday: £21.00 per hour (optional)
- Sunday: £28.00 per hour (optional)

Typical earnings: Approximately £43,500 per year including overtime and allowances.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Typical hours 6:00am – 4:00pm (varies by project)
- Expected weekly hours: 40–60
- Optional weekend work available
