Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and dedicated Residential Conveyancer to join our team, embracing a flexible hybrid working model that combines remote work with in-office collaboration. Duties
- Manage the full lifecycle of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Provide clear guidance and regular updates to clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process
- Draft and review legal documentation such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage instructions with precision
- Conduct thorough searches, liaise with external parties, and ensure all legal requirements are met within set deadlines
- Maintain meticulous case files and ensure all transaction records are accurate and up-to-date
- Utilize IT systems effectively to manage case progress, document storage, and communication channels
- Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines while managing multiple cases simultaneously
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer or in a similar legal property role with a strong understanding of conveyancing procedures
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex legal concepts clearly to clients and colleagues
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Exceptional time management abilities to handle multiple transactions efficiently under tight deadlines
- Well-developed organizational skills to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal standards
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a hybrid environment
- A proactive attitude with keen attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities

Pay: £25,420.00-£48,000.00 per year
