Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will oversee clinical operations, coordinate patient care plans, and lead a team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional nursing services. Your expertise will ensure that residents receive tailored care that respects their dignity and promotes their quality of life.
Duties
- Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure high standards of patient care and safety
- Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans for residents with complex neurological needs
- Coordinate multidisciplinary team efforts to optimize recovery and wellbeing outcomes
- Administer medications accurately and monitor patient responses in accordance with medical protocols
- Oversee documentation processes, including patient records, incident reports, and care assessments
- Provide guidance on dementia care, Alzheimer's care, hospice support, and managing individuals with disabilities
- Facilitate staff training on topics such as anatomy knowledge, medication administration, and specialized care techniques
Experience
- Proven experience working in assisted living or nursing home environments with a focus on senior or complex needs care
- Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience within healthcare settings
- Extensive background in dementia care, Alzheimer's care, hospice care, or ICU environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of case management principles and home care practices
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures and medical imaging relevant to neurological conditions
- Strong understanding of anatomy, medication protocols, and patient safety standards
- Experience working with children or toddlers with disabilities is a plus but not mandatory
