We are recruiting for a Cleaning Operative to join our team with Sodexo at Allenby Connaught, Tidworth Leisure Centre. In this role, you’ll play an important part in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone on site, helping to maintain high standards that support the wellbeing and comfort of all visitors and staff. Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you’ll interact with armed forces personnel on a daily basis and make a positive impact through the service you provide. What you’ll do:

Carry out scheduled cleaning tasks efficiently and to a high standard.

Maintain clean, safe, and hygienic environments across all areas.

Work closely with your team and take part in daily huddle meetings.

Monitor and restock cleaning materials and consumables as needed.

Follow health and safety procedures and report any hazards or concerns promptly.
What you bring:

Willing to learn: Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential, as full training and induction will be provided.

Strong communication skills: Able to interact politely and professionally with colleagues and site users.

Adaptable and efficient: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adjusting to changing priorities while maintaining high standards.
