We are seeking a reliable and detail‑focused Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our Accounts team. You will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, preparing payments, and supporting general finance and cashiering duties.
Salary:
£15,975.00 (FTE £26,625.00)
Hours:
22.5 hours per week. Days are flexible and will be agreed with the successful candidate but must include working on Friday’s.
Key Responsibilities
- Match purchase invoices to POs and goods received notes
- Input invoices into the purchase ledger system
- Prepare supplier payments and reconcile accounts
- Raise manual cheques and maintain accurate filing
- Ensure cash is banked and posted promptly
- Handle queries and incoming calls professionally
- Support the Accounts Manager and cover cashiering when required

- Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems

- Annual leave entitlement is 20 days per year plus bank holidays FTE. As this role is part-time, your entitlement will be pro‑rated accordingly.
