Role Overview
As an Inbound Call Handler, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective and existing patients. Your role is pivotal in delivering a warm, professional, and informative experience that reflects the high standards of our brand. This is a full-time office based role.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about treatments, pricing, and appointment availability.
- Book consultations and follow-up appointments using our scheduling system.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to GDPR in line with our business policies.
- Liaise with clinical staff to ensure smooth client journeys.
- Log call details and outcomes in the CRM system.
Requirements
- At least 2 years previous experience in a contact center, ideally within healthcare, beauty, or wellness.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive topics with empathy and discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using booking systems and CRM software.
- Passion for aesthetics and client care.
