Working alongside our experienced Project Managers, you will assist in the successful delivery of multiple retrofit programmes from mobilisation through to completion.
You will work closely with Site Managers, Retrofit Coordinators, Designers, Surveyors and Installation Teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly and to the highest quality standards.
This is a varied role offering genuine career progression into a Project Manager position.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with the day-to-day delivery of retrofit projects.
- Liaise with Site Managers to ensure works are progressing in line with programme.
- Monitor project progress and identify any risks or delays.
- Support the management of health and safety compliance across live sites.
- Help maintain quality standards and ensure works meet company and client expectations.
- Review installation evidence and documentation to ensure compliance with PAS 2030/2035, MCS, TrustMark and client requirements.
- Coordinate with Retrofit Coordinators, Designers, Assessors and Administration teams.
- Attend site visits and carry out quality inspections where required.
- Assist with resolving technical and operational issues.
- Produce reports and update project trackers.
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
- Support continuous improvement across project delivery.
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, eager to learn and enjoys solving problems.
Ideally you will have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Good attention to detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A full UK driving licence.
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience within construction, housing, retrofit or renewable energy.
- Knowledge of PAS 2030, PAS 2035 or MCS.
- Understanding of health and safety within construction.
- Project management qualifications or relevant construction qualifications.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
