About the Role
Universal Trade Frames Ltd are looking for a reliable and hard‑working Factory Operative to join our production team. You’ll be involved in cutting and welding UPVC products, supporting daily targets, and ensuring high‑quality output.
What You’ll Do
- Operate the saw cutting centre to cut UPVC products to specification
- Operate UPVC welding machinery (fused weld process)
- Work to daily production targets
- Check welded and finished products for defects
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous manufacturing experience (saw centre or welding) preferred but not essential
- FLT licence advantageous — training can be provided
- Good attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
