WE’RE HIRING! — SCOTCH EGG PRODUCTION STAFF
We’re looking for another pair of hands to join The Yolker production team making our proper handmade Scotch Eggs!
Westgate Road, Newcastle, NE4
16+ hours per week
Monday–Friday, daytime hours
There may be occasional weekend work during particularly busy periods.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
You’ll be involved in all aspects of Scotch Egg production, including:
- Peeling eggs
- Producing & Portioning
- Making Scotch Eggs
- Wrapping, Labelling & Packing
- General Cleaning
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
A good team player
Reliable with a good work ethic
Happy working in a busy food production environment
Food Safety qualification preferred — but if you don’t have one, you must be willing to complete it (we’ll cover the cost)
Someone who isn’t afraid of peeling A LOT of eggs. We mean A LOT.
Experience in food production/catering would be great, but the right attitude is just as important.
