SEND Teacher £20, 070 - £24, 084 (actual salary) 3 days a week / 9 am - 3pm -_ (term -time only -39 weeks a year)_

The Role
As a SEND Teacher:
- Provide 1:1 or 2:1 personalised support to children and young people in their homes or on-site
- Plan and deliver creative, engaging sessions tailored to each learner’s needs, interests, and abilities—particularly in English
- Support learners with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and MLD, EBSA, SCID
- Build positive, trusting relationships that encourage progress at each young person’s own pace
- Complete session reports, track progress, and set clear, achievable learning targets
- Work collaboratively as part of our expert-led, supportive, and values-driven team

Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applications from individuals with:
- At least 2 years of experience in SEND education
- A background in Secondary, Functional Skills, Post‑16 or specialist SEND environments
- Strong de-escalation and behaviour management skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
- Creativity, empathy, resilience, and a learner-centred mindset
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience or skills in:
- Hospitality / cooking skills
- Creative arts (art, music, drama, etc.)
- Land-based skills, horticulture, or animal care
