We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Valuer to join our successful Exeter office.
This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of our well-established and growing Exeter residential team. Working within one of the West Country's leading estate agency brands, you will use your expertise to win new business, provide sound advice to a wide range of clients and help drive the continued success of the office.
The Role
- Carrying out residential market appraisals and valuations.
- Winning new instructions and building strong relationships with vendors.
- Advising clients on pricing, presentation and marketing strategy.
- Following up valuation appointments to secure new business.
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver excellent service and achieve office targets.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous estate agency experience, ideally in a valuation role.
- A proven ability to generate new business and win instructions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A full UK driving licence.

The advertised salary is the expected On-Target Earnings (OTE), including basic salary plus commission.
