Join Our Team
The White Lion is a traditional country pub in Selling, near Faversham. We're looking for a friendly, reliable Bar & Waiting Team Member to help deliver excellent service and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The role involves serving food and drinks, taking orders, clearing tables, operating the till, and helping keep the pub clean, tidy and welcoming.
Whether you already have hospitality experience or are completely new to the industry, full training will be provided. What matters most is a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and enjoying working with people.

Hours & Pay
- £12.71 per hour
- Minimum of two shifts per week (typically 3½–4 hours per shift)
- Additional shifts are often available
- Shifts include lunchtimes, evenings and weekends, although we will be as flexible as possible
- This role is ideal for someone looking for regular part-time work.
