Automotive Upholsterer / Leather Trimmer
Talent Link Recruitment is supporting a prestigious premium automotive manufacturer in Bradford with the appointment of a highly skilled Automotive Upholsterer / Leather Trimmer.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced craftsperson who takes pride in producing exceptional bespoke leather interiors. You will work on high-value vehicles where precision, finish and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Trimming and finishing premium automotive interiors.
- Measuring, patterning and accurately cutting leather and other materials.
- Sewing leather components using industrial sewing machinery.
- Producing and fitting seat covers, door cards, dashboards and interior panels.
- Completing topstitching, piping and decorative finishes.
- Inspecting leather hides and materials before use.
- Working from patterns, templates, drawings and vehicle specifications.
- Using materials efficiently while minimising waste.
- Working closely with the design and production teams.
Essential Experience
- Professional experience as an Automotive Upholsterer, Leather Trimmer, Car Trimmer or similar.
- Strong leather cutting, sewing, patterning and fitting skills.
- Confidence using industrial sewing machines and specialist trimming tools.
- Experience producing premium-quality finished work.
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a skilled team.
- Reliable, quality-focused and able to commute to Bradford.

What Is Offered
