Duties
- you will help lead your room, develop your team and work with the Leadership team.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that promote children’s physical, emotional, and cognitive development
- Supervise and support children throughout their daily routines, including playtime, meals, and rest periods
- Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to health and safety regulations and best practices in childcare
- Lead and mentor junior staff members to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality care and educational activities
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children’s progress, needs, and achievements
- Support the implementation of early childhood education frameworks and curriculum standards
- Assist with administrative tasks such as record keeping, attendance tracking, and reporting on child development milestones
Skills
- Proven experience working with children in a nursery or early childhood setting
- Excellent communication skills in English to interact confidently with children, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of childcare best practices, health & safety procedures, and early childhood education principles
- Ability to foster a nurturing environment that encourages curiosity and independence

Pay: £26,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
