Your Responsibilities
- Lead the team by example on the shop floor.
- Deliver exceptional customer service every day.
- Drive sales performance, conversion rate and average transaction value.
- Coach and develop Sales Assistants to maximise their potential.
- Take ownership of daily store performance and KPIs.
- Open and close the store and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store standards.
- Manage stock, cash handling and operational procedures.
- Create a positive, energetic and high-performing team culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Store Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Senior Sales Advisor.
- A proven track record in retail sales.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A positive attitude with high personal standards.
- Confidence working towards targets and KPIs.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and shopping centre trading hours.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
