Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Breakfast & Evening Chef / Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about producing outstanding dishes for both breakfast and evening service, and who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver breakfast, brunch, and evening menus to the highest standard.
- Assist in the creation of seasonal dishes, specials, and menu ideas.
- Maintain consistent quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Ensure all food hygiene and safety standards are met.
- Support the kitchen team in daily operations, including prep, cooking, and plating.
- Assist in stock control, rotation, and minimising food waste.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to maintain a smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a hotel, fine dining, or high-volume kitchen.
- Excellent knowledge of breakfast and evening cuisine, cooking techniques, and presentation.
- Strong understanding of health & safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
- Creativity, passion for food, and attention to detail.
