About Isabel’s:
Isabel’s Bar & Restaurant is a vibrant, premium dining and drinking destination at the heart of Burton-on-Trent. Known for our impeccable service, beautifully crafted dishes, and welcoming atmosphere, Isabel’s has grown to become a cornerstone of the local hospitality scene. Following the recent and highly successful launch of our second site in Zakynthos, we’re continuing to build on that momentum.
We have now moved to our bigger site in February 2026 and are opening our brand new venue Cóvo House across the road in August 2026. This role will cover both sites with the opportunity to learn and work in two varying work environments
Must be 18 and over to apply
Your duties will include-
-Preparing beverages to company specifications including cocktails
-Delivering friendly and knowledgeable service to guests
-Maintaining a clean and well presented bar
-Till usage and cash handling
-Glass washing
-Stocking of the bar
-Keeping stations stocked up with ice, prep and cocktail ingredients
-Preparation of cocktail batches, fruit, garnishes etc
-Cellar work including changing kegs & gas
-Close down and cleaning of the bar
Cocktail knowledge and previous experience in the industry would be a huge benefit but full training will be given to the right applicant
Shifts will be mainly be between Friday evening, Saturdays & Sundays. Other days available if required. Applicants must be available at these times and be willing to work late nights up to 4am.
