We are currently seeking Building Inspectors to join a growing Building Control team working on a variety of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for Building Control professionals looking to progress their career within a supportive and professional environment. Opportunities are available for individuals with experience in plan checking, site inspections, or a combination of both.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out Building Control inspections on a range of projects
- Review plans and specifications for compliance with Building Regulations
- Provide technical advice to clients, contractors and stakeholders
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate records
- Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure compliance standards are met
- Support the delivery of a high-quality Building Control service
Requirements
- Experience within Building Control, Building Inspection or a related discipline
- Knowledge of Building Regulations and construction practices
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage workload effectively and work independently
- Registered Building Inspectors (Class 2A–2F+) are encouraged to apply
- Candidates working towards registration will also be considered
