Position Overview
The Flooring Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing flooring installation projects, liaising with clients, managing sub-contractors, and ensuring all works are completed to the highest standard within agreed timeframes. This role requires a proactive, organised individual with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple flooring projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, site managers, and sub-contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and compliance with health & safety standards.
- Manage material orders and ensure timely deliveries to sites.
- Address and resolve any project-related issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure documentation, including project reports and handover sheets, is completed accurately.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of various flooring products and installation techniques.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in flooring or construction contract management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail with a strong focus on quality and compliance.
- Full UK driving licence.
Company Vehicle Usage:
A commercial vehicle will be provided for work purposes. While personal use of this vehicle is permitted, it will be subject to P11D contributions in the next financial year. Employees should consider this in relation to personal tax implications.

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
