At Chestnut House, we have a vacancy for a care assistant to join our busy team on a full or part time basis.
The role of a Care Assistant at Chestnut Healthcare is to provide high quality personal care, support our Residents needs and provide person-centred care. You need to be kind, compassionate and want to make a difference to our Residents lives, after all, you are in their home.
Chestnut House is a well-established care home with a good long-standing reputation. We focus on providing a high standard of care for people with dementia.

Care Assistant Role
- To ensure all residents care needs are met
- To ensure all personal hygiene and personal care is carried out in a person centred approach
- Assisting our Residents at meal times
- Interacting with Residents
- Encourage Residents to engage in activities
- Respects choices of our Residents at all time
Care experience is preferable but not essential as we offer full induction and on going training with the opportunity to complete your NVQ 2 & 3
We can train staff with no previous experience as well as offering NVQ's
