A love of vintage/preloved and music is essential as this is the heart of our shop.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations on Sundays, ensuring all activities run efficiently and smoothly
- Manage sales floor merchandising, ensuring displays are attractive, organized, and look fab in line with seasonal changes.
- Oversee cash handling, register operations, and sales transactions with accuracy and integrity
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly using excellent communication skills
- Maintain a clean, safe, and a welcoming environment for all customers.
Skills
- Experience in retail or sales environments with supervisory responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills for clear instructions, active listening, and conflict resolution
- Organizational skills to manage merchandising, daily tasks, and administrative tasks efficiently
- Experience in sales in retail and experience with second hand selling is highly desirable
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and customer service best practices
- Understanding of social media including instagram and tiktok as well as the ability to help with our website and online operations.
