We are seeking an experienced, GDC registered Dental Nurse to join our friendly team in Bebington, Wirral on a full/part time basis
We provide a mix of private (including dental implants and facial aesthetics) and NHS dentistry. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for patient care.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Dentist during various dental procedures and the completion of clinical notes.
- Provide chairside support to patients
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dental surgery
- Prepare and sterilise instruments and equipment
- Process dental X-rays and maintain patient records
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
- Carry out reception duties when required
Skills:
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently to ensure efficient running of the surgery
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and colleagues effectively
- Strong organisational abilities to manage patient appointments and records efficiently
- Basic IT skills for maintaining digital records
