Our Special Angels is an Ofsted-registered specialist childcare provider delivering holiday clubs and weekend respite sessions for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Essential Requirements
Please only apply if you:
- Have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a specialist SEND school/setting.
- Have experience supporting children with autism and complex additional needs.
- Are confident with personal care and behaviour support.
- Are reliable, caring and able to work as part of a team.
Applications from candidates without specialist SEND school/setting experience will not be considered.
The Role
- Supporting children with SEND during holiday clubs and weekend sessions.
- Delivering fun, engaging and inclusive activities.
- Promoting independence, communication and social skills.
- Working closely with a highly experienced team.
Desirable
- Team Teach or equivalent.
- Paediatric First Aid.
- PEG feeding, epilepsy or manual handling training.
