We are looking for someone who is comfortable working across multiple departments, including:
- Care: supporting residents with daily living and promoting comfort, dignity and wellbeing
- Laundry: ensuring clothing and linens are clean, fresh and well‑presented
- Cleaning: helping maintain a safe, hygienic and welcoming home
- Cooking: assisting with meal preparation to provide nutritious, homely food
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well as part of a team, and takes pride in creating a positive experience for residents.

- Willingness to learn and support different areas of the home
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A flexible approach to daily tasks
- Experience in care or hospitality is helpful but not essential - full training can be provided
