Support Worker -
Hours: 40 hours on average per week
Female only due to customers need
We are currently looking for a experienced Learning disabilty Support Worker all over Hertfordshire.
You will be offering a support in the community for young adults with severe and profound learning difficulties and complex health needs.
We work with people with multiple disabilities who may have sensory and physical impairments who benefit from our specialist facilities that have been designed to meet their needs.
Full training provided and once passed probation we will support and fund studying the Level 3 diploma in Health and Social Care
Minimum three months experience necessary,.
Your job will be to provide the highest level of care for our young adults, to assist with getting them into community,.
