THE BUTCHER SOCIAL CLUB, created by entrepreneur Yossi Eliyahoo of The Entourage Group, is a high-end yet casual burger restaurant. The Butcher Social Club is a living lobby restaurant offering lounge areas, game tables, swing seats, a two-story living green wall, music and artwork. It is a place where guests connect, hang out, meet and certainly have a great night out. Not only burgers but also other great food will be served accompanied with live DJ music every night.
We are looking for an experienced Hostess, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will handle and oversee reservations at the restaurant while ensuring guests are provided with a pleasant and welcoming approach. You will aim to cater to any special guest requirements that must be carefully communicated to the rest of the team. This position is service-oriented and extremely dynamic. The role of a Hostess is essential in creating an unforgettable experience for all our guests.
Responsibilities

Greeting and seating guests: You will be the first person that guests will encounter when they enter the restaurant. After warm greetings, you will guide them to their tables, and ensure that they are comfortable.

Managing reservations: You will manage the restaurant's reservation system, handle the phone line, ensure that tables are available for guests who have booked in advance and accommodate last-minute walk-ins or VIPS.

Reports & Overviews: besides welcoming and sitting guests, a host/hostess will manage the mailbox and make reports & overviews to track restaurant progression. The structure of the day- to-day tasks will be overseeded and reported to the Head Host/Hostess.

Guest Satisfaction: The host/hostess works closely with General Manager and the Head Host/Hostess to ensure that we keep guest satisfaction up to the standards.Requirements

Excellent communication and customer service skills: must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and staff members.

Ability to multitask: Hosts/Hostesses should be able to handle multiple tasks at once, such as answering phones, greeting guests, and managing reservations.

Organisational skills: Hosts/Hostesses should be organized and able to keep track of reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Restaurants can be busy places, so hosts/hostesses must be able to work efficiently and calmly under pressure.

Attention to detail: Hosts must be able to pay close attention to detail, ensuring that tables are set up correctly, guests' requests are set up properly, and menus are clean.

Professional appearance: Hosts/Hostesses are often the faces of the restaurant, so they should have a professional appearance and demeanour.

International approach: Must be able to fully communicate in English
