Basic Salary: £28K - £35K ( depending on experience) With OTE £70k +
We are a leading company in the automotive industry and we are currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction, whilst driving sales and revenue growth.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients
- Full ownership of the customer journey
- Promoting our products and services to generate sales and revenue
What we're looking for:
- A passion for sales and customer service
- Previous experience in the motor industry is preferable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- A positive and proactive attitude towards work
