- The Pay: £30,000 – £40,000 per year basic (Tailored directly to your hands-on experience and technical skillset).

Based in Weston-super-Mare, we are a premier independent service centre specializing in comprehensive vehicle maintenance, professional tyre fitting, wheel alignment, braking systems, and MOT testing across all makes and models. Working as a core member of our technical team in Weston-super-Mare, you will:
- Carry out routine vehicle servicing, tyre replacement, braking system maintenance, and general mechanical repairs.

Utilize up-to-date diagnostic tools to efficiently fault-find and resolve technical and electrical issues.

Maintain high-quality "first-time fix" results while adhering strictly to safety guidelines.

Work productively to complete repairs accurately and keep the workshop operating smoothly.

Collaborate with a skilled team of mechanics to uphold our high standards of fast, reliable customer service.
- Qualifications & Experience: Proven track record working as a Vehicle Technician, Car Mechanic, or Service Specialist in a busy workshop setting. NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 preferred, though time-served technical experience is also considered. F-Gas certification is preferred (or an interest in obtaining it).

The Skills: Strong working knowledge of general vehicle servicing, major mechanical components, tyre replacement, and diagnostics.

The Credentials: A full UK driving licence is essential. Having an active MOT Tester licence is preferred but not required.
