- Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 basic salary + excellent, achievable bonus opportunities

Hours: Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 18:00 | Saturdays: 08:30 – 17:00 (1 in 3 rotation)

- Customer Service: Greeting customers, handling vehicle bookings, arranging alternative travel, and delivering a great overall experience.

Workshop Liaison: Tracking vehicle progress with technicians to ensure on-time delivery.

Communication & Sales: Managing phone enquiries, updating customers on vehicle progress, and professionally advising on required repairs.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.

Skills: Strong IT and phone communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Commutable Locations: This role is based in Worthing, making it an easy commute from Brighton, Littlehampton, Chichester, and Horsham.
