Residential Support Worker

£12.93 per hour with £170 bonus for passing probation (Full Time Staff)
We have several openings for team members to join our respite home in Winsford.
2 x 35hr contracts
1 x 28hr contract
The Loont is a 6-bed respite care home for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and complex needs.
We really value our service users and our ethos is to provide the best quality of care. We want to help our service users live their best life!
The successful applicant for this role will ideally have some experience in a care setting, although this is not essential. Knowledge of learning disabilities is an advantage. Personal care will be required. Full training provided. Attitude is very important to us and we will be looking for someone with a good sense of humour and bubbly personality to fit in with our down-to-earth team.
We are offering Part time and Full time permanent contract on a fortnightly rolling rota:

We Are Looking For
- The ability to build positive professional relationships with residents and colleagues in a team.
- Someone who offers consistent and friendly support with attention to detail.
- Good judgement and a sense of responsibility.
- Experience of working with people with mental health conditions or learning disabilities would be valuable but not essential for the role.
- Ideally, we're after someone that can work some early shifts and some late, but all candidates will be considered.
You must be eligible to work in the UK.
